La Vue de L’Église is a traditional Breton stone cottage set in the pretty hamlet of St Denoual, opposite the church just off the D768 between Plancoët and Lamballe.   Within walking distance of the property is a Bar/Tabac offering weekday lunches and a Café Bar/Shop where you can purchase most essentials and which is also the local “Depot Pain”. 

The cottage is just 22 miles from Dinard airport (served by low cost airline Ryanair) and approximately 30 miles from the ferry port of St Malo and is therefore ideally situated to explore the spectacular coastline and beautiful countryside of the Côtes d’Armor.

On the ground floor of this spacious cottage is a kitchen/diner (with access to a large private rear garden) with electric oven, gas hob, washing machine, microwave and fridge/freezer.  Also on the ground floor is a large sitting room with dining area, cosy log fire and mini hi-fi.

Stairs from the living room lead up to a large landing, double bedroom with separate wc and shower room.  The second bedroom is twin bedded with an en-suite wc and shower room.  All beds have pillows and quilts.  Guests are required to provide their own bed linen and towels.

All rooms are fitted with electric wall heaters.

The property is designated “NO SMOKING” throughout for the comfort and safety of all our guests and we regret we cannot accept pets.
