Detached 5 bed roomed house in a quiet cul de sac.  200 metres from the shops, bars and restaurants and 600 metres from the safe, sandy beach of this traditional fishing village.

The ground floor has a double bedroom, and a shower and toilet.  There is a lounge/diner with a log burner and Sky TV.  The fully fitted modern kitchen with a breakfast bar has a  washing machine, microwave, fridge, freezer together with an electric oven and a gas hob.

Upstairs there are 4 double bedrooms, 1 with double bed and 3 with twin beds. The family bathroom has a shower over the bath.  A baby bath and a cot are provided.

The house has oil-fired central heating.

Outside, there is a large patio with garden furniture and a private garden.

From June to September inclusive, the changeover day is Sunday.  In other months we may be able to be flexible by arrangement.

The above prices include a meet and greet service by our key holder, electricity (up to 40 units per week), gas and water.
