The Côtes d’Armor region of Brittany has a spectacular coastline and beautiful countryside.  La Maison Blanche is conveniently situated to explore this region and is just a five minute drive from the beach.  The cottage is in a hamlet approximately three miles from the fishing village of Erquy and five miles from the coastal town of Le Val-André.  It is within walking distance of local amenities (bar, garage and general store).  It is only 22 miles from Dinard airport, which is served by the low cost airline Ryanair, and 30 miles from the ferry port of St Malo. 

The ground floor has one bedroom with bunk beds, a bathroom with a shower and bath, and a sitting room with stairs leading to the first floor.  In the sitting room there is a cosy log fire, satellite television (UK channels available), DVD player and CD player.  Leading off the sitting room is a large kitchen/diner with a cooker, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and microwave oven. 

Upstairs there is a spacious landing with a large window overlooking the garden, a toilet with washbasin, a main bedroom with king size bed and a third bedroom with twin beds.  All beds have pillows and quilts.  Bed linen and towels are not provided.

There is parking next to the cottage and a small, enclosed garden with patio, garden furniture and a BBQ.  There is also parking to the rear of the property.

For ‘the little ones’ the cottage has a high chair, travel cot, toys, books, videos, stair gate (at top only), cutlery, bowls, plates and beakers and the Cbeebies channel!
